Each and every day our bodies are dealing with the impact of trauma. Responses we barely notice...restless sleep, poor digestion, irritability, foggy thinking, and procrastination...can all be rooted in unresolved trauma. The people whom we work and the people to whom we minister are also suffering with the results of trauma...attention defecits, poor memory, strained relationships, failure to reach personal potential...weaken their ability to live each day fully.'
Trauma resolution can happen in the most unexpected way! Activities, games, personal practices, and understanding, all help to release trauma and restore balance to the person. You can play a big part in helping to release trauma responses by simply acting and relating with awareness.
In this learning community, we will explore what a trauma response looks like, understand what the person is experiencing, and what you can do to help this wound to heal.
